Almond Meal or Rolled Oats Pancakes

Makes 6 pancakes 6 egg whites 1 cup almond meal or rolled oats 2 scoops of protein powder 1 tsp baking powder ½ cup cottage cheese 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ tsp cinnamon Combine the eggs, protein powder and cottage cheese in a blender.  Add the rolled oats/almond meal, baking powder, and cinnamon then blend again.  Cook until golden brown.
