Our group training sessions meet you at your level. They are goal orientated, with a progressive conditioning approach. We chase consistent improvement and align our system with healthy living, movement and positive thinking being the priority. Our team only succeeds if you succeed.
Metabolic
Variety is the spice of life. With a varied approach to training involving weights and cardio mixed in with hiit training, this workout is the go-to for many. It’s the session that has it all.
Strength+
Strength is the core of movement. As we age, it is of most significant importance. Get the metabolism and muscles pumping, strengthen the bones, and look good in the process.
You and your team are all you have to focus on for this work. A mix of strength, conditioning, and cardio, this is the highlight session for many of our member’s week. Traditionally a Saturday workout!
Slow down, check yourself, get strong, and lengthen and strengthen with this workout, plus maybe a little cardio to spice things up. Balance up your headspace as well as your body with this workout.
UFIT Cycle is a full-body workout—legs, arms, core, heart, and lungs—will be challenged. Ride into your day or away from it; this free-flowing, freestyle workout is all up to you.
